1. Responsibility for Profile Content

The content published on each business profile is the sole responsibility of the owner or legal representative of the registered business. This includes, but is not limited to, the business description, address, opening hours, pricing, photos, videos, and any other information provided.

By registering with Latinos Québec, each business agrees that:

• All information provided is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• The content does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Images and videos are appropriate, legal, and faithfully represent the business.
• No defamatory, illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious content will be published.

2. Moderation and Removal of Content

Latinos Québec reserves the right to review, modify, or remove, temporarily or permanently, any profile or content deemed to be in violation of these terms. This may include, but is not limited to:

• False or Misleading Information: If it is discovered that a business has provided incorrect data (address, phone number, etc.) or has published false information about its products or services.
• Inappropriate Content: Offensive or illegal material, or content that violates public decency.
• Repeated Complaints: If consistent and verifiable complaints are received from customers regarding the business's conduct or the quality of its services.

The removal of a profile due to a violation of these terms may occur without prior notice and will not result in any refund, even if the business has paid for a Premium plan.

3. Initial Profile Creation and Use of External Data Sources

For the purpose of optimizing the user experience and efficiently enriching its directory, Latinos Québec may use information from public data sources or third parties (such as mapping platforms, directories, or social networks) for initial business registration, data verification, or to supplement information on an existing profile.

By registering or taking ownership of a profile, the registered business acknowledges and accepts the following:

• Responsibility for Accuracy: Latinos Québec is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of information obtained automatically or initially uploaded from these external sources.
• Obligation to Verify: The responsibility to review, validate, and correct any data obtained from third parties rests exclusively with the owner or legal representative of the business at the time of registration or verification.
• Precedence of Information: In the event of any discrepancy between information obtained from an external source and information provided and validated by the business owner, the information provided by the profile owner shall prevail.

If a business chooses not to accept the publication of its profile, it has the right to revoke its consent at any time. A request must be submitted to have the business profile removed from the directory. Report a business.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Latinos Québec is a directory and a connection platform; it is not a legal entity responsible for transactions, agreements, or interactions that occur between users and the listed businesses.

Latinos Québec is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, legality, or veracity of the products or services offered by registered businesses.
• Any dispute, loss, damage, or injury that may arise from the use of or reliance on the information published in the directory.
• The misuse of the platform by users or businesses.

By using this platform, you agree that any claims related to any listed business must be directed to said business and not to Latinos Québec.
